If a claim is filed under EEOICPA and the patient is awarded benefits, they will receive a White Card. This card functions similarly to a standard insurance card, though patients will not have a copay or deductible. A White Card offers a variety of medical benefits related to the patient’s covered condition, including in-home care.

  • Be suffering from chronic medical illnesses that developed after working at a facility of the Department of Energy or its contractors/subcontractors
