Position: Sr Financial Analyst

    patients, while maintaining a positive work environment, and giving the utmost respect to all people.Reporting to the Finance Director, the Sr Financial Analyst will be a key player in the company’s budgeting, metric development and reporting, and financial analysis to support a growing organization.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Maintain Adaptive Planning to support financial forecasting, modeling, and reporting
    • Prepare and enhance daily, weekly and monthly reports and metrics, or Key Performance Indicators (KPI), in conjunction with the leadership team
    • Collaborate with all departments and locations in order to provide detailed analytics regarding changes in company performance and provide forecasting updates as needed by CFO
    • Support finance and accounting efforts related to the analysis of the income statement and improving our review of gross margin
    • Assist the effort to provide a rolling forecast to improve our estimates and real-time changes to the model as the business evolves
    • Develop financial models and analysis to support business development and M&A activities
    • Assist the Finance Director with treasury activities, particularly with respect to forecast estimates
    • Extract high volume of financial information from software data systems for analyses as requested
    • Assist with debt compliance activities
  • Basic Skills/Education/Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
    • Financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting experience a must
    • Strong Adaptive (or similar) system knowledge a plus
    • KPI reporting experience preferred
    • Very strong background working with MS Excel
    • Detail-oriented and ability to adapt quickly to change
    • High level of technical acuity and good analytical skills
    • Strong team player with a proactive personality to find and evaluate challenging issues.
    • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed
    • Hands-on, proactive mentality with desire and ability to seek out and implement best practices
    • Ability to analyze raw information, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
    • Ability to foster collaboration and communication across diverse cross-functional teams
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be able to interpret problems & opportunities, diagnose them, and rationalize solutions or new methodologies.
    • Motivated, self-starter, who is able to work independently or with a team.
