Position: Nurse (RN and LPN)

nuclear energy programs of our country during the cold war and ongoing nuclear programs.

- Location: Longmont, NM
- We are currently seeking LPNs or RNs to work with a patient in Longmont (near Pace & 17th) on
Mondays from 8am-8pm. Nurses can choose to work anywhere from one Monday per month to every
Monday per month based on the desired schedule. - Job responsibilities:
- Complete full body assessment with special focus on the patient’s covered diagnosis
- Monitoring for changes in condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, indicators of disease
progression - Medication administration
- Take vital signs
- Assess for indicators of infections
- Educate and assist patient to complete ADL’s as needed
- Provide education and training to patient, family, and home health aide on disease process
- Communicate with Lead RN and case manager on patients’ status
- Other duties based on patient care plan
