In addition to providing dedicated support to our patients and providers, we aim to do the same for our team. We created the Giving Back Program in 2022 as a not-for-profit organization to provide financial assistance to team members in need. To be considered, team members must fill out a grant application and be approved for grant assistance by a team of coworkers.

Grant recipients have received assistance to help with the following:

  • Unexpected car repairs
  • Emergency medical procedures
  • Airfare to a family member’s funeral
  • Overdue bills due to unpaid time off for medical reasons
  • Rental assistance
