Our Culture
At Giving Home, our mission-driven team is guided by our core principles and deep desire to serve atomic veterans and their local communities. Simply put, we love the work that we do, and we strive to provide the best possible experience to our patients and team members day in and day out.
Our commitment to giving back extends to our team members as well. The Giving Back Program is a not-for-profit organization created for Giving Home employees. This employee support program provides financial assistance to team members in need.

Giving Back Program
In addition to providing dedicated support to our patients and providers, we aim to do the same for our team. We created the Giving Back Program in 2022 as a not-for-profit organization to provide financial assistance to team members in need. To be considered, team members must fill out a grant application and be approved for grant assistance by a team of coworkers.
Grant recipients have received assistance to help with the following:
- Unexpected car repairs
- Emergency medical procedures
- Airfare to a family member’s funeral
- Overdue bills due to unpaid time off for medical reasons
- Rental assistance
