At Giving Home, we make it easy for you or a loved one to determine eligibility for program benefits. Please complete our self-assessment below to see if you qualify for compensation and benefits through EEOICPA or RECA.

Family
Member Caregiver
We coordinate in-home training services and payment for family members interested in providing care.
Range of Care
We understand that the level of care needed changes over time. We coordinate various levels of care from one visit per month to 24-hour care depending on physician and government care plan authorization.
Changes in Condition
Our network of nurses are trained to perform comprehensive assessments during each visit to allow for early detection of changes in diagnosed conditions
Doctor-Ordered Intervention
Our network of nurses assist with medication management and interventions specific to your care—per doctor’s orders.
Transportation
We facilitate any of your transportation needs related to treatment for diagnosed conditions.
Meal Preparation
We provide curation of meals based on your nutritional needs. Additionally, we coordinate medical management services to align with patient needs.
Durable Medical Equipment
We help to determine your needs for durable medical equipment and facilitate the procurement of such items.
Safe & Healthy Living Environment
Our case management team takes on the responsibilities necessary to prevent trips and falls in the home, as well as the removal of other hazards.
