Lew Little joined Giving Home in August 2022 as President and CEO. Before joining Giving Home, Little had been involved in the health care industry for over 20 years. For most of that time, he served as CEO and Co-Founder of Harden Healthcare. Harden initially operated as a long-term care company and later expanded into a post-acute company by incorporating home care services including Medicaid Home Health, Medicare Home Health and Hospice. A native of Austin, Texas, he resides there with his wife of over 40 years, three children, and six grandchildren.
