Position: Billing Coordinator

Giving Home Health Care provides in-home health services for those with illnesses contracted while working in the
nuclear energy programs of our country during the cold war and ongoing nuclear programs.

  • Location: Las Vegas, NV
  • Job responsibilities:
    • Responsible for creating invoices.
    • Furnishes precise and correct records and billing data on the computer.
    • Maintains allowances and returns of accounts at regular intervals.
    • Produces and prints reports of various kinds which may include, but not limited to, aged examination
      reports, unfilled reports, billing reports, etc.
    • Validates all accounts are in an active or serviceable condition.
    • Completes billing information and records in the computer system by ensuring that the data is correct and
      appropriate.
    • Possesses knowledge of basic accounting principles required for sanctioning accounts.
    • Responds to queries and questions of contractors, staff members, and other business associates.
    • Contributes to the success of the Company by being responsible for improving systems and providing
      various recommendations, advice, and other issues related to the processes and regulations.
  • Requirements:
    • Ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Detail oriented for all financial review and account coding.
    • Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
    • Email management experience with multiple inboxes and users.
    • Experience with budgets, invoice/receipt review, and financial reconciliation.
    • General overall spreadsheet skills.
    • Self-motivated and the ability to present information daily.
    • Must have strong communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Must be able to work in a team.
    • Must have excellent reading, writing and computer skills.
    • Must have great organizational skills.
    • Must have and follow a well-developed value system, is extremely loyal, and interested in serving
      humanity, as you will be working with others that believe and live the same way.
    • Required minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent; prefer 1-year billing or accounting experience.
